Taking It All In

It all sounds like a lot... most likely you either don't have all the answers to these questions or you just don't want to think about it.  I can understand!  Throughout my experience as a musician, I can't think of one band that I was in where we had a solid plan of what we were going for before we started.

This site's goal is simple - To get YOU on the right path!  Taking a quote from The Killers, "Can I climb this mountain I dunno," in otherwords it's up to you to discover yourself before you can join or start your band and be successful.  If you're here, you probably have some musical talent(s), and if not, hopefully you are taking the steps to get one or more.

Before we get into the finer details let's look at the world today.  As you browse online or flip on the TV, it's clear that the competition is definently out there in the music world.  It's almost too much to take in!  Musical stars seem to change faster than the days of the week.   If you're looking to have any sort of success as a musician, it would be wise to assess the competition.  It's hard to categorize everyone, but I'm going to break it down into simple categories so you can target what would fit your style.
